Clinical Psychologist – Perinatal Services

Position Overview
A leading premium private hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist with specialist perinatal experience to join its multidisciplinary women’s health and maternity services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for women during the antenatal and postnatal periods
• Support patients experiencing perinatal mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders
• Work collaboratively with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, and allied health professionals
• Deliver individual therapy, family support, and psychoeducation where appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology
• Mandatory experience in perinatal mental health (antenatal & postnatal)
• Eligibility for DHA licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centred approach
• International experience is highly regarded
