Job Title: Consultant Plastic Surgeon – General & Aesthetic
Location: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah – Multiple Emirates)

Salary & Benefits:

• Estimated Salary: AED 120,000 – 200,000 per month (~AED 1,440,000 – 2,400,000 annually, tax-free)

Job Summary:
Leading healthcare institutions across the UAE are seeking Consultant Plastic Surgeons with expertise in both general and aesthetic surgery. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient services while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement treatment strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior surgeons and residents.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
• Contribute to departmental leadership, strategy, and development where required.

Requirements:

• Recognised Plastic Surgery qualification (CCT/FRCS or equivalent from Tier‑1 country).
• Significant post-specialisation consultant experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Proven expertise in general and aesthetic plastic surgery.
• Strong operative and clinical skills for complex surgical cases.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Multilingual skills advantageous (English required; Arabic/French beneficial).
