• Estimated Salary: AED 65,000 – 80,000 per month (~AED 780,000 – 960,000 annually, tax-free)

Job Summary:
A reputable healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Plastic Surgeon Consultant specialising in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. This permanent position involves delivering high-quality surgical care across both clinical and operative settings, contributing to a multidisciplinary surgical team, and supporting hospital growth and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior surgeons and residents.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental development, strategy, and leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

• Recognised Plastic Surgery qualification (CCT/FRCS or equivalent from Tier‑1 country).
• Minimum 3 years post-specialisation consultant experience in clinical and operative care.
• Demonstrated expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
• Strong operative and clinical skills with experience in complex surgical cases.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Multilingual skills advantageous (English required; Arabic/French beneficial).
