Job Summary: A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with 3–8 years post-specialisation experience to join their team. This permanent role involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care, including clinical and operative responsibilities, in a multidisciplinary setting. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care, including antenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynaecological procedures.
Perform operative procedures in theatre, both elective and emergency cases.
Manage inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring excellence in patient care.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior doctors and residents.
Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
Contribute to departmental development and strategic planning as required.
Requirements:
Recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (e.g., UK CCT, FRCOG, or equivalent).
Eligible for UAE medical licensure (DHA/DOH/HAAD).
Minimum 3–8 years post-specialisation experience in clinical and operative OBGYN.
Proven experience managing complex obstetric and gynaecological cases.
Leadership, teaching, and academic experience desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
