Job Title: Consultant – Obstetrics & Gynaecology

• Estimated Salary: AED 70,000 – 85,000 per month (~AED 840,000 – 1,020,000 annually, tax-free)

Job Summary:
A leading healthcare group in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join their team. This permanent role involves delivering high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care across both clinical and operative settings in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecology services, including antenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynaecological procedures.
• Manage emergency and elective surgical cases in the theatre.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring optimal patient care standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient treatment strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior doctors, residents, and medical staff.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
• Contribute to departmental leadership, strategy, and development as required.

Requirements:

• Recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (e.g., UK CCT/FRCOG or equivalent).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensure (DHA/HAAD/DOH).
• Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation experience preferred.
• Proven experience in operative and clinical management of complex OBGYN cases.
• Leadership, teaching, and academic experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Multilingual skills advantageous (English required; Arabic/French beneficial).
