Consultant – ENT / Head & Neck Surgery
Location: Saudi Arabia (private hospital, location confidential)
Package: SAR 60,000 – 90,000 per month (≈ SAR 720,000 – 1,080,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Overview A leading private hospital in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon to join its surgical services. This confidential role is ideal for a consultant trained in the UK, USA, or Canada, with expertise in head and neck surgery, including complex ENT procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist care in ENT, focusing on head and neck surgery, including both elective and complex cases.
• Perform surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anaesthesiology, oncology, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital and national regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental governance, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.

Candidate Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in ENT / Head & Neck Surgery (UK, USA, or Canada).
• Proven experience managing complex ENT and head & neck surgical cases.
• Eligible for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 60,000 – 90,000 per month (negotiable).
