Consultant – Plastic Surgery
Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or other major regions)
Package: SAR 65,000 – 75,000 per month (≈ SAR 780,000 – 900,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Work Schedule: 48 hours/week, 6 days/week
 
Overview A leading private healthcare group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join its surgical services across multiple key regions. This confidential opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic cases in a high-standard clinical environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist care in both reconstructive and elective plastic surgery procedures.
• Perform surgical interventions with pre- and post-operative patient management.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including anaesthesiology, nursing, and allied health professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital and national regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Proven experience in reconstructive and elective plastic surgery procedures.
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 65,000 – 75,000 per month.
