Consultant – Plastic Surgery
Location: Saudi Arabia (Al Qassim region)
Package: SAR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (≈ SAR 840,000 – 1,200,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join its surgical services. This confidential opportunity is suited to a consultant fluent in Arabic, managing both reconstructive and elective plastic surgery cases.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist care in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, including pre-operative assessment, surgical intervention, and post-operative follow-up.
• Manage complex surgical cases and emergencies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in Arabic, ensuring culturally sensitive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital and national regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental governance, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.
• Mentor and supervise junior surgical staff as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Arabic-speaking only (essential).
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Saudi health authority.
• Proven experience in both reconstructive and elective plastic surgery.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (negotiable).
