Consultant – Endocrinology
Location: Saudi Arabia (Al Qassim region)
Package: SAR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (≈ SAR 600,000 – 1,200,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist to join its endocrine and metabolic service. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a consultant fluent in Arabic, managing patients with diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, and other endocrine disorders.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist outpatient and inpatient care for endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat complex endocrine disorders according to international standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, diabetes care, and other specialties.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in Arabic, providing culturally sensitive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital and national regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental governance, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in Endocrinology.
• Arabic-speaking only (essential).
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Saudi health authority.
• Proven experience in managing endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (negotiable).
