Consultant – Paediatrics
Location: Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia
Hospital Group: Large private healthcare group
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary Package: SAR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (≈ SAR 600,000 – 1,200,000 per year) + full benefits
 
Overview A well-established private hospital in Al Qassim is seeking a Consultant Paediatrician to join its paediatric services. This role is suited to an experienced female paediatric consultant who is confident managing general paediatrics within a busy hospital environment and serving a predominantly local patient population.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paediatric care including outpatient clinics, inpatient management, and emergency cover as required.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions in line with international clinical standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive, patient-centred care.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, emergency physicians, and other paediatric subspecialties.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and Saudi health regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development.

Candidate Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in Paediatrics.
• Female candidates only (as per service requirements).
• Arabic-speaking only (essential).
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
