Consultant – Paediatric Nephrology
Location: Saudi Arabia (Al Qassim region)
Package: SAR 45,000 – 80,000 per month (≈ SAR 540,000 – 960,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist to join a specialist paediatric service. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a consultant with expertise in managing complex renal disorders in children, including chronic kidney disease, dialysis, hypertension, and congenital renal anomalies.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management of paediatric renal and urinary tract disorders.
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for children with nephrology conditions.
• Perform and oversee procedures including dialysis, renal biopsies, and other nephrology interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including paediatricians, dietitians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with local regulatory and hospital governance standards.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior staff and trainees.

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified/Eligible Consultant in Paediatric Nephrology.
• Western-qualified doctors only (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or equivalent).
• Proven clinical experience in paediatric nephrology, including procedural competence.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused approach.
• Eligible for licensing with the relevant Saudi health authority.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 45,000 – 80,000 per month (negotiable).
