Consultant – Orthopaedic Surgery (Pelvis)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Package: AED 70,000 – 95,000 per month (≈ AED 840,000 – 1,140,000+ per year) + full benefits

Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in pelvic surgery. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a surgeon with 3–8 years of post-consultant experience looking to work in a high-volume, multidisciplinary orthopaedic service.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist orthopaedic assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of pelvic conditions and injuries.
• Perform elective and trauma-related pelvic surgeries with a focus on clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including trauma, radiology, anaesthesia, and rehabilitation services.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with UAE regulatory and hospital standards.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development.
• Mentor junior surgical staff and participate in teaching and training activities.

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified/Eligible Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with focus on pelvic surgery.
• 3–8 years of post-consultant experience preferred.
• Strong operative experience and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH).

• Tax-free salary: AED 70,000 – 95,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
