Consultant – Neurosurgeon
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Package: AED 80,000 – 140,000 per month (≈ AED 960,000 – 1,680,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon with expertise in managing intracranial conditions. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a senior neurosurgeon seeking a high-volume, multidisciplinary clinical environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist neurosurgical assessment, diagnosis, and management of intracranial conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, critical care, radiology, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital governance standards.
• Contribute to clinical audits, service development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior surgical staff and participate in training and teaching programs.

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified/Eligible Consultant Neurosurgeon with significant experience in intracranial surgery.
• Proven operative experience and strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 80,000 – 140,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
