Clinical Psychologist – Fertility / IVF Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Package: AED 50,000 – 100,000 per month (≈ AED 600,000 – 1,200,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join its fertility and reproductive medicine services. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a consultant-level psychologist with experience supporting patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments, including providing counselling via in-person and online sessions.
Female candidates with Arabic language proficiency are preferred. Candidates must either hold a DOH license or be eligible to obtain one.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessment, counselling, and support to patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments.
• Conduct both in-person and online sessions, offering flexible patient care.
• Address emotional, social, and psychological challenges associated with fertility and reproductive health.
• Collaborate closely with fertility specialists, embryologists, and multidisciplinary reproductive teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with UAE regulatory and hospital governance standards.
• Participate in patient education, clinical governance, and service development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience in reproductive health or IVF settings.
• Proficient in Arabic (essential) and English.
• Experience in online counselling and virtual patient support.
• Strong communication, empathy, and multidisciplinary team collaboration skills.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH).

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 50,000 – 100,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
