Senior Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health / Women’s Health
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Package: AED 120,000 – 250,000 per year (≈ AED 10,000 – 20,800 per month) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
 
Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health to join its women’s health and rehabilitation services. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a specialist with strong expertise in pelvic floor and women’s health physiotherapy, delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Due to patient demographics and service requirements, female candidates are preferred.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s health conditions.
• Deliver specialised physiotherapy programmes for antenatal, postnatal, gynaecological, and post-surgical patients.
• Manage conditions including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and post-operative recovery.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic health techniques.
• Provide patient education on pelvic health, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term management.
• Work closely with obstetrics, gynaecology, urology, colorectal, and rehabilitation teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with local regulatory and governance standards.
• Support service development and mentor junior physiotherapy staff as required.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc).
• Minimum 4–5 years’ hands-on experience in Pelvic Floor / Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
• Strong clinical competence in pelvic health assessment and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Eligible for Physiotherapist licensing with the relevant UAE health authority (DHA/DOH).

• Tax-free salary: AED 120,000 – 250,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
