Consultant – ENT (Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Package: AED 80,000 – 100,000 per month (≈ AED 960,000 – 1,200,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Overview A leading private tertiary healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced ENT Consultant with a strong background in trauma and head & neck surgery. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a consultant comfortable managing complex emergency and elective cases, including airway emergencies and facial trauma, within a high-acuity clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level ENT care across elective and emergency services.
• Manage head and neck trauma, including penetrating neck injuries and complex facial trauma.
• Perform and manage tracheostomies, airway emergencies, and post-operative airway care.
• Assess, operate on, and follow up patients with complex ENT and head & neck conditions.
• Collaborate closely with emergency medicine, trauma surgery, maxillofacial surgery, anaesthesia, and ICU teams.
• Participate in on-call rotas, MDT meetings, and trauma response pathways.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
• Contribute to clinical governance, teaching, and service development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified/Eligible ENT Consultant / Otolaryngologist (UK CCT/CCST, US Board, European Board, Australian/NZ Fellowship, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in trauma ENT and head & neck surgery, including airway management and facial trauma.
• Proven competence in tracheostomies and management of penetrating neck injuries.
• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure, emergency settings.
• Eligible for Consultant licensing with the relevant UAE health authority (DHA/DOH).

• Tax-free salary: SAR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
