Consultant Paediatrician
Location: Saudi Arabia (Central Region)
Package: SAR 55,000 – 60,000 per month (≈ SAR 660,000 – 720,000 per year) + full benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Overview A well-established private healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join its clinical team. This is a confidential opportunity suited to a UK-trained paediatric consultant who is fluent in Arabic and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centred paediatric care within a supportive hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paediatric care across inpatient and outpatient services.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions.
• Lead clinical decision-making and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other consultants.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in Arabic, ensuring culturally sensitive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with Saudi Health Council (SCFHS) regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and departmental activities.

Candidate Profile

• British CCT (UK) in Paediatrics – mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic speaker – essential requirement.
• Consultant-level experience within a recognised hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-focused approach.
• Age requirement: not more than 45 years (as per client criteria).
• Eligible for Consultant registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: SAR 55,000 – 60,000 per month (negotiable within range).
