The Role
Are you a confident communicator, natural team player and detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Project Manager to support our Environmental Client Services team at ALS Hawarden.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working collaboratively across departments, and taking ownership of key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery. If you're motivated by delivering results, solving problems quickly and being a go-to contact for clients, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Position
Shift: Monday to Friday
Location: Hawarden
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
The day to day
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, delivering a professional, friendly and responsive service
- Provide quotations, assist with pricing, and schedule sample analysis
- Guide clients through project start-up and onboarding processes
- Support client portal usage (myALS), and help resolve queries and invoicing issues
- Attend client meetings in person or via Microsoft Teams and manage complex projects in partnership with the operations team
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular service reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams, attend team meetings, and share workloads to ensure smooth service delivery
The Essentials - A strong communicator – confident engaging with clients via phone, email and in person
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and calm
- A proactive team player with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail, with a problem-solving approach and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook and general IT systems
- Experience in project management or client-facing roles is highly desirable
- A positive attitude and flexible approach aligned with ALS values
