The Role
We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract!
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in chemical extraction techniques for water analysis, even if you have limited experience. Your role will be vital in upholding our high-quality standards, ensuring water samples are analysed with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of sample analysis, directly contributing to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
About the Position
Shift: Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,459
Location: Ossett, Wakefield
Contract: Full Time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract
The day to day
- Conducting chemical extraction procedures to assess water quality.
- Using advanced lab equipment like LCMS - training will be provided.
- Following structured lab protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse samples according to established methods and procedures.
- Report analytical data accurately once trained and deemed competent.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
The Essentials - 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Science, Maths, and English.
- A-Level or equivalent in a scientific subject is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- A customer-focused mindset.
