The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Subcontract Administrator role in the Sales Support team at ALS Laboratories (UK) Ltd in Coventry, West Midlands.
The person will assist in maintaining and updating internal laboratory information systems, and using data entry skills to input new and update existing results onto inhouse software.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with strong data entry skills. Do you have the skills required, if so, please read on!
About the Position
Hours Per Week: 37
Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00)
Basis: Permanent and Full Time – Office Based
Salary: £22,550 per annum
Please note, due to the nature of the role, this position is site based only.
The day to day
- Maintaining and monitoring the subcontract application
- Management of subcontract process to include results, commentary and data entry, scheduling, chasing, receipting and updating using appropriate software.
- Creation of subcontracting determinands for use by commercial and utility clients as required.
- Review of subcontracting invoices, negotiation of rates and performance stats as required.
- Intercompany trading and subcontracting to manage a solution to various client projects.
- Keeping audit trails in relation to customer testing requirements and communication records.
- Providing technical assistance and support for internal and external customers.
