Our client, a global leader in project and facilities management, is seeking experienced professionals to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre portfolio across Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure for one of the world's largest technology organisations.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals across the following disciplines:

• Construction Managers
• QA/QC Specialists
• Cost Managers
• Project Coordinators (GCM)
• Integration Managers

Key Responsibilities
Construction Managers

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of data centre construction projects.
• Manage contractors, project schedules, quality outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive project performance from planning through to commissioning.

QA/QC Specialists

• Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance reviews across all project phases.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Cost Managers

• Manage cost planning, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
• Support change management and financial governance throughout project delivery.
• Provide strategic cost advice to project stakeholders.

Project Coordinators (GCM)

• Support project controls, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist project leadership teams in maintaining project governance and delivery objectives.
• Ensure effective communication across multiple workstreams and contractors.

Integration Managers

• Coordinate interfaces between design, construction, commissioning, and operational teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support seamless project integration and readiness outcomes.
