We are working closely with a large Federal Government Department and this team is responsible for improving how workforce data is collected, managed and used to support evidence-based reform across Australia’s health workforce.

The role
You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major project with multiple workstreams and stakeholders and the projects will span a range of subject matter including data modelling, data governance, systems design, website redevelopment, stakeholder engagement and communications.
You will work closely with stream leads and an assigned IT Project Manager to ensure business and technical activities remain coordinated.
You will be responsible for establishing strong project controls and providing the leadership needed to keep delivery moving. This includes managing scope, deliverables, risks, issues, quality, resources and dependencies, while ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of progress and emerging challenges.
