About the Role
Working closely with an experienced property and leasing team, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy outcomes, identifying new business opportunities, managing tenant relationships, and supporting a range of leasing transactions across the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants and stakeholders
- Prospecting and identifying new leasing opportunities
- Negotiating lease and licence agreements with support from senior team members
- Conducting market research and preparing leasing reports and presentations
- Assisting with mixed-use development leasing projects
- Supporting leasing campaigns, property marketing initiatives and business development activities
- Representing the portfolio at industry events and networking opportunities
About You We're looking for someone with experience in a property-related, real estate, sales, or business development role who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
Direct leasing experience is not required.
