Approach is seeking Intermediate to Senior Auditors for a Canberra public practice firm, working across a client base of not-for-profit and commercial entities.

In this role you'll get client exposure early, work a varied portfolio across commercial and NFP clients, and have partners who actually want to develop you, not just bill you out.

What you'll be doing:

• Running external audit engagements end-to-end, from planning through to sign-off
• Managing a portfolio across NFP and commercial clients — no two files the same
• Direct client contact, not just emailing
• Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Genuine exposure to complex and technical audit issues

What you'll bring:

• CA or CPA (qualified or working towards it)
• Solid audit experience from a public practice / accounting firm background
• Confidence to manage client relationships
• Someone who wants ownership of their files, not just a seat in the room
