The Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of a 45-apartment residential development in Canberra's inner south, from site establishment through to handover. Reporting directly to a highly experienced leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-end standard of finish.
The role offers the chance to lead a landmark project from the ground up, with future opportunities to grow into further high-end residential and commercial developments as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of the project.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Drive safety culture and ensure full compliance with WHS requirements.
• Manage quality control to ensure delivery aligns with high-end finish standards.
• Oversee project programming, sequencing and progress reporting.
• Liaise closely with senior leadership, project managers and consultants.
• Manage site documentation, inductions and compliance records.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential and/or commercial projects valued at $30m+ 
• Relevant trade qualification and/or tertiary construction management qualification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and mentor site teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
