About the Role
This role focuses on building, maintaining and evolving the core infrastructure that underpins critical digital services. You’ll work across a diverse technology environment, contributing to the operation of complex network systems, supporting secure connectivity, and ensuring the reliability of both on‑premises and cloud‑based platforms.
You’ll help maintain secure, high‑assurance network environments by overseeing system health, managing operational events and handling access or configuration updates. You’ll also contribute to resolving technical issues, refining support processes and documenting changes to strengthen ongoing capability uplift.

You’re a network‑focused infrastructure engineer who thrives in secure, high‑assurance environments. You bring experience supporting complex enterprise networks and core ICT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of how to maintain reliability and in sensitive operational contexts. You’re confident monitoring network performance using industry‑standard tooling and applying those insights to keep critical services stable and resilient.
