The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with site teams, consultants and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the expected standard.
The role offers variety, with exposure to new build, refurbishment and fit out projects across a range of sectors and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
• Lead and support project teams, including Site Managers and Contract Administrators.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and reporting requirements.
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance across all stages of delivery.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges as they arise.

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a head contractor.
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction projects over $20m from inception through to completion
• Exposure to projects across new build, refurbishment and/or fit out environments.
• Strong understanding of programme management, budgeting and contract administration.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
