The Role.
Working directly with major asset owners, you will oversee capital works, building upgrades, and lifecycle replacement projects across a diverse property portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully from planning through to completion while balancing program, cost, and quality outcomes.
What You Need.
You will have experience delivering capital works, refurbishment, or upgrade projects and ideally come from an engineering, construction, building, architecture, or project management background. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build trusted client relationships are essential.
