Our client is a highly reputable professional services firm with 120+ staff based in Canberra. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Practice / Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the office and provide critical support across administration, internal communications, HR, events and executive support functions.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the business and plays a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the office and practice operations, acting as the go-to person for all things office-related. You'll manage reception and administration functions, oversee meeting and boardroom scheduling, support internal projects, and ensure the office environment reflects the firm's professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
