About the Role
As a Para Broker, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growing mortgage broking division, supporting brokers and ensuring our clients receive a seamless and personalised finance experience. You’ll work alongside a team that’s passionate, collaborative, and driven to deliver the best possible outcomes for every client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Required to travel between our Sydney locations including: Sutherland Shire, Newtown and Double Bay
- Reviewing loan scenarios and conducting initial credit analysis
- Completing product comparisons and preparing recommendations
- Collecting and managing supporting documentation
- Packaging loan applications, including writing detailed commentary
- Collaborating with broker assistants for lodgement and managing any credit issues
- Keeping clients and brokers informed throughout the approval process
- Coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and third parties for smooth settlements
- Managing valuations, document execution, and amendments
- Uploading and maintaining documentation in aggregator systems for compliance
- Contributing to team meetings and process improvement initiatives

- Experience in a finance or broking support role
