THE ROLE
This role is integral to the business maximising sales & leasing opportunities in the Commercial space across the Gold Coast market. This role will be responsible for the growth and development of our Commercial portfolio, utilising your network and experience to list and lease within local and extended areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and proactively seek commercial business
- Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities into managements
- Confidently negotiate leases and renewals
- In-depth and detailed understanding of portfolio management
- Contract management
- Arrears management
- Maintain your understanding of the local market and pricing, as well as up to date knowledge of the industry
- Conducting outgoing/ ingoing inspections
- Organising maintenance requests
- Industry compliance
- Manage and liaise with new and existing clients
- Create business opportunities
- Administration & reporting, including strategy plans, budgeting and financial transactions
- Preparing building & tenancy reports for the Lessor
- Working alongside our Commercial Sales team to maximise all business opportunities
- Working alongside our Commercial PM team to maximise the client service, engagement and relationships
TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED - Preference is to have commercial sales & leasing experience
- Must have previous Real Estate experience
- Corporate presentation
- Target and KPI focussed
- Excellent client liaison skills
- Strong administration background
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Driven and proactive sales focus
- Strong customer service orientation and an invested interest in working as a team
- Relationship management skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Certificate of Registration or license is essential
- Strong determination and KPI driven
- Must be passionate about a career in the commercial sector
