We are more than just property at Highland – we are our people. THE ROLE Due to our
exceptional and rapid growth into QLD, we are looking for Sales Agents to join us and thrive under the Highland brand. Previous real estate experience is required and any applications considered must have a class 2 real estate license at a minimum.
- Track record of sales results
- Must be committed to building and maintaining a healthy referral and network through cold calling and door knocking if not already established
- Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's
- Ability to build strong relationships with clientele
- Booking and attending appraisals
- Preparing contracts and appraisal preparation
- Accepting leads from other agents and following them up
- Running and managing a listing from start to finish
- Manage and run open homes and private viewings, monitoring emails and responding to general inquiries regarding listings
- Buyer call backs
- Organising marketing initiatives such as social media, printing, sign boards, brochures and home opens
- Provide ongoing marketing, sales and administrative duties where required
- Sales to settlement coordination – liaising with settlement agents, buyers and sellers
WHO ARE YOU? - Must have a Real Estate qualification: RE License
- Strong personal presentation
- Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus
- Previous real estate experience is required
- Results orientated
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Drivers license
- Fire in your belly!!
