The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Site Acquisition Agent. This is a full-time role within our Queensland office, where your responsibility will be to unearth development opportunities, nurture developer/vendor relationships, and manage projects from post-acquisition phase right up until pre-construction.
This role is within the Highland - Surfers Paradise Office. Highland already have multiple projects on the go in the Gold Coast area, with capacity to keep growing this space across Queensland. This role gifts you the opportunity of joining an established network while using your expertise to further cultivate our presence, from one of our newer agencies.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Selling development sites
- Gaining referrals and building pipelines
- Canvasing to residential home owners, commercial shop owners and development sites
- Researching zoning maps
- Selling DA approved sites
- Listing new projects – which are passed across to our off the plan sales team
- Pitch development sites
- Liaise with developers, building and maintaining strong business relationships
- Negotiations and contract preparation
- Working with our in-house marketing team to achieve the desired outcome for each project and client
- Weekly and monthly sales and industry training
What you need to be a success within this role; - Must have a real estate registration or licence
- Previous experience within Project Marketing/Site Acquisition Sales
- Track record of high sales results (must be within real estate, project marketing and development sales)
- Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's
- Project marketing and vendor management experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with clientele
- Strong personal presentation
- Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus
- Results orientated

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE: - MUST be registered as a Real Estate Agent or have a full real estate licence (legal requirement)
