About the Opportunity We're seeking a motivated and driven real estate professional with residential sales experience who is looking to accelerate their career within an established and successful team.
Whether you're currently working as a Sales Associate seeking a larger platform, or an experienced agent who thrives in a team environment and wants the support and momentum that comes from partnering with a market-leading agent, this could be the perfect next step.
You will play an integral role in managing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement, working closely with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience and outstanding sales results.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday, with a half-day RDO provided during the week.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the management of sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Maintain regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
- Coordinate photographers, stylists, solicitors, conveyancers, and other service providers
- Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments
- Manage buyer follow-up and nurture relationships within the database
- Assist with appraisals, listing presentations, and client meetings
- Prospect for new business opportunities and build your personal pipeline
- Attend auctions, team meetings, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate CRM records, campaign reporting, and administration
- Support the lead agent in delivering exceptional service and results
What We're Looking For - Previous experience in residential real estate sales
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow your career
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- A team-first attitude with a genuine desire to learn and succeed
