The Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing Residential Sales team in Bowral.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious agent looking to build their profile within the Southern Highlands market while working under the support of an established, market-leading brand. You will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships and managing the entire residential sales process from appraisal through to settlement.
Responsibilities - Prospecting through cold calling, door knocking and relationship building
- Booking and attending listing presentations and appraisals
- Winning new residential listings and growing your market share
- Managing residential sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Negotiating offers and contracts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and referral partners
- Managing buyer follow-up and vendor communication
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and property launches
- Working collaboratively with administration and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Consistently achieving sales targets and business development KPIs
Who Are You? - Previous experience in Residential Sales within real estate
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (minimum)
- Proven ability to list and sell residential property
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional presentation
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ambitious, competitive and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate
