The Role:
Highland Property Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Marketing Manager to work within our Project Marketing function in our amazing new Cronulla office.
 
This role is highly commercial and delivery focused, requiring someone who can win new developer business, pitch and secure projects, and manage end-to-end project marketing campaigns through to sell-out.
 
You will work closely with developers, project sales teams, internal marketing, and senior leadership to ensure projects are strategically positioned, launched, and delivered to achieve strong sales and commercial outcomes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Winning new project marketing mandates and managing developer relationships
• Pitching and presenting project marketing and sales strategies
• Managing end-to-end project marketing campaigns from appointment to sell-out
• Advising developers on pricing, product mix, staging, and buyer targeting
• Overseeing branding, digital, media, PR, launches, and display suites
• Aligning marketing strategy with project sales execution and targets
• Monitoring lead generation, conversion, sell-through, and campaign performance
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and project reporting
• Maintaining awareness of stock levels, competitor projects, and pricing
• Providing market insights and reporting to developers and senior leadership

 
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in property project marketing
• Proven ability to win, pitch, and retain developer clients
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales performance and ROI
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• High level of organisation, time management, and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong local market knowledge
• Professional presentation and credibility at all times
