The Role
Highland are seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals.

This is a full-time position based in our fast-paced Cronulla office, with flexibility to be based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices depending on the successful candidate’s location. This is a Monday–Friday role, with one Saturday required every three months (RDO provided).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 180-200 properties alongside other experienced Property Managers
• Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants
• Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams
• Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Managing lease signings and key distribution
• Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information
• Actioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely manner
• Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
• Previous experience in Property Management (1-3 years' experience)
• Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and further develop your Property Management career
