About the Role
This is a balanced sales support, prospecting and administration role at the core of the sales process. You'll work directly alongside a senior agent, helping generate new business, manage buyers, and ensure the back-end sales process runs smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling prospective clients/vendors from a quality database to generate appraisals - both cold and warm calls
- Buyer work including direct communication regarding database, stock & updates throughout the process
- Managing CRM data and keeping records accurate and up to date
- Preparing property information, fact sheets and campaign materials
- Assisting with listing preparation and documentation
- Attending and assisting with open homes, listing presentations, and auctions OFI callbacks and feedback reports
- Supporting campaign administration and sales follow-up
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
- Attending sales training, sales meetings, and company events
- Working Saturdays as required within a sales environment
- Systems and platforms including but not limited to: Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, REA, Domain, social media platforms, Smartsheets and Realhub

What We're Looking For We're after someone confident, organised and driven - someone who enjoys both sales activity and structured administration, and wants to grow into a long-term real estate career.
To succeed in this role, you will have: - Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence - essential
- Previous administration experience (real estate preferred)
- Ideally 6-12 months+ experience in real estate and/or phone-based sales
- Confidence making calls and speaking with clients
- Strong organisation and prioritising skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
