About the Role
This is a structured administration and sales support role. You will help keep the sales process organised while also assisting at property inspections and speaking with buyers. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you learn the systems and sales process with confidence.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• General administration and file management
• Preparing property information and documents
• Data entry and keeping records up to date
• Supporting property campaigns and sales processes
• Assisting at Saturday property inspections and speaking with clients
• Providing day-to-day support to the sales agent

About Daniel Baran
Daniel Baran is a highly respected Eastern Suburbs agent with over 37 years of experience in prestige property sales. Known for his professionalism, market knowledge and long-standing client relationships, Daniel provides exposure to high-end property and well-run sales processes.
 
What We're Looking For
We're after someone organised, friendly and confident, with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.
 
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) - essential
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Professional presentation
• Happy to work Saturdays attending inspections
• Reliable and eager to learn

Start times can be flexible - if travelling from further away, a 9:30am start can be accommodated.
