The Role We are looking for a Sales prospector with aspirations to become a successful Sales Agent in the future. You'll have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, a hunger to learn, and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing team.
This is a full-time role, working closely with our experienced Project Sales team in our amazing new Cronulla office, learning from some of the most established professionals in the projects space. Extensive training will be provided to support your success.
Duties include, but are not limited to: - Prospecting and calling potential buyers from a high-quality database
- Buyer engagement and qualification for active and upcoming developments
- Managing and updating the CRM database
- Supporting the Project Sales team with buyer follow-ups
- Assisting with project launches, display suites, open inspections, and events
- General sales administration support when required
- Meeting daily and weekly activity targets
- Attending weekly sales training, team meetings, and company events
- Using systems and platforms including (but not limited to): Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, realestate.com.au, Domain, social media platforms, Smartsheets, Realhub, and internal project tools (full training provided)
To be successful in this role, you will need: - NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement)
- Confidence making outbound calls (training provided)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, resilience, and enthusiasm to succeed
- Professional confidence - assertive, friendly, and credible
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Well-groomed and professional presentation
- A genuine desire to learn from the best and build a long-term career in project sales
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (required)
