The Role
We are looking for a prospector with aspirations to becoming a successful agent in the future. Someone with strong and confident communication skills, enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to work autonomously as well as take direction within a team. This is a full-time position working at our Double Bay and Newtown offices, working alongside and learning from some of the most successful and established agents in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Extensive training is provided for this position to assist and ensure you succeed
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 
- Calling prospective clients/vendors from a high-end database to generate appraisals
- Buyer communication regarding database and stock
- In-house CRM system management
- Assisting with open homes and auctions - Ad hoc sales admin duties for the team if needed
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
- Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings, and ad hoc company events
- Systems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox, RpData, Ratemyagent, RE.com, Domain, social media platforms, Smart Sheets, Realhub, Shire Maps which you will have extensive training for  
 
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
 
- Must have a Certificate of Registration at a minimum (legal industry requirement)
- Confident making cold calls (we can train this skill)
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly - Strong follow up skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be well groomed and presentable
- Eager to learn from the best to become the best
- Only candidates with Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship will be considered
