We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support David Malouf, Partner & Director at Highland Double Bay. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administration, premium client service, marketing coordination and supporting a high-calibre agent in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role based in our Double Bay office.

Key Duties Include:
- Setting up new property files and entering details into AgentBox
- Checking compliance requirements, stop-work orders and documentation
- Coordinating marketing: brochures, signboards, digital assets, Campaign Agent
- Managing EDM requests, SMS campaigns and basic social media updates
- Preparing fact sheets, letters and open-home materials
- Booking strata reports, building & pest inspections and photography
- Approving photos and organising marketing orders
- Weekly REA/Domain report downloads
- Providing access to trades, stylists and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records, tidy file keeping and clean CRM data

What You'll Need - Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous real estate experience highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional, polished and confident presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
- Comfort working with CRM systems and detailed admin
- Strong initiative and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Commitment to delivering premium customer service
