Highland Property Group is a highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established in 2007 with just 6 team members, we now have over 180 staff and 8 offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh face to join our team by doing casual Saturday coverage on our front desk. This role is based at our Cronulla office on Saturday's from 8:30am-4:30pm. Learn valuable administration skills and hone your customer service communication whilst getting exposure to the fast-paced world of real estate. 
 
This role is ideal for someone confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering a high level of customer service. It's a great opportunity for students, professionals seeking extra hours, or anyone wanting to gain experience in a leading real estate business.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls and if available, forward to the correct person in a professional manner at all times.
• Take messages in a timely and efficient manner
• Greet walk-in clients and direct their inquiries correctly
• Ensure high standards of customer service both face-to-face and on the phone
• Deal with all inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Organise the reception and printing areas
• Make gift and settlement boxes ready to be sent out by agents
• Banking and mail
• Light kitchen cleaning duties, this area must be kept neat and tidy at all times (incl. loading/unloading the dishwasher, and taking out the garbage if required)
• Communicate all necessary issues with Office Manager/HR

  In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities:

• Professional and upbeat telephone manner and face to face presence 
• Previous receptionist or retail/hospitality customer service experience is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• A willingness to help others
• Must be available to work as many Saturdays as possible throughout the year
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role 
• Corporate attire must be worn for this role
