The Role:
Our team has an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Operations professional, working between each of our offices (predominantly throughout our Sydney offices), depending on the internal requirement. This opportunity requires someone who is a keen problem solver, solutions driven, has a can-do attitude and shows initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills as well as skill IT experience from previous corporate history.
The travel requires you to work onsite at each of our Sydney offices on a weekly basis: Cronulla, Sutherland, Double Bay and Newtown with rostered visits to Bowral every 4 weeks.

Duties include, but not limited to: - Acting as the first point of contact for all IT user related incidents and requests, while resolving user incidents/requests in a timely, courteous manner over the telephone, via email and/or in person
- Setting up, configuring and relocating IT equipment
- Administer and maintain a large-scale Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 environment
- Design, implement and manage Entra ID Enterprise solutions
- Manage and optimise M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for
- Business and Teams to ensure seamless functionality and user experience for over 200 employees.
- Automate M365 tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 and Entra ID issues.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive mobile device management (MDM) strategies using
- Microsoft Intune, encompassing device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, application deployment and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning
- Maintain UniFi Network, Protect, Access, Identity infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, firewalls, door readers, VPN and mobile app deployments
- Escalate issues to external vendor suppliers as required
- Support intranet and business applications
- Coordinating and updating the IT systems
- Maintain a strong working relationship with our external IT contact for high level requests/issue
In order to be successful in this role, you will need: - IT support experience
- Extensive experience with Entra ID Enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and proactively manage desktop, on-premise server, and network hardware infrastructure
- Well-developed people and relationship skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to end-users
- Ability to work in a very fast faced environment
- Willing to drive between offices, based on internal requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, MS-900) are highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management including Windows Autopilot
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to execute assigned tasks with precision, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a highly organised approach to project management, task prioritisation and documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current drivers license and a roadworthy car is essential
- This is an onsite position where you will be required to work from our head office in Cronulla, as well as regular onsite visits to the following offices: Sutherland, Double Bay, Newtown and Bowral
