Your Role at a Glance:
As a Co-Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in all facets of the listing and selling process. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has the ambition and ability to be a lead agent but prefers to grow within an established structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage open homes and private inspections
• Assist with listing presentations and client pitch meetings
• Proactively build and manage a qualified buyer pipeline
• Conduct prospecting and cold calling to secure appraisals and future listings
• Nurture client relationships throughout active campaigns
• Support marketing coordination, database management, and vendor communications
• Attend trainings, sales meetings, and team events

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a RE Sales Agent or Co-Agent
• Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Goal-driven mindset with the discipline to follow processes
• High energy, professional presentation, and a genuine team spirit
• Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of an industry leader
