The Role:
We are looking for someone to assist us in building our business and growing each office to its full capacity, through strategic recruitment activity. This is an ideal role for someone who has experience within recruitment or real estate but a sales background is essential. 

360 recruitment process for active and passive roles at Highland:

• Ad creation and posting
• Telephone screening
• Shortlisting suitable candidates and creating ‘hot candidate’ pipeline lists
• Booking and interviewing candidates
• Feedback management
• General candidate management
• Reference and police checks
• Understanding Highland staff movements to pre-empt recruitment needs
• Knowing the market and connecting with competition staff for referrals

Headhunting for new talent:

• Conducting cold & warm calls to potential Sales Agents/Property Management staff
• Scheduling 1:1 catch up's with potential talent to discuss opportunities
• Market analysis and research of agents in local and surrounding agencies
• Create and manage a contact list – identifying, qualifying & categorising a talent list
• Diarising notes for further follow up & relationship development
• Keep up to date and involved with the culture & values of Highland and the workings of the RE industry in order to best sell the opportunity to new talent
• Attending sales open homes to observe, understand, and research potential contacts - this may mean working a Saturday, which would give you the following Friday off for a long weekend
• Adhering to weekly and monthly KPI’s based on activity 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous recruitment and sales experience - working towards targets/KPI's
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong objection handling skills and follow up skills
• The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
• Team orientated
• Corporately presentable  
• Must be mobile, with own car
