Job Title: Account Manager – Software Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to join our close-knit team and drive new business growth in a high-potential market.
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new software sales opportunities while cultivating long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B software sales and a proven ability to exceed revenue targets in a consultative selling environment.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities to exceed annual revenue targets.
2. Build and execute a strategic sales plan to drive pipeline growth and expand market presence.
3. Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
4. Conduct engaging product presentations, demos, and customized proposals.
5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, managing complex and extended sales cycles.
6. Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure client success and long-term satisfaction.
7. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
2. 7+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a strong track record.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing $1M+ in annual ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).
4. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in managing complex, long-term sales cycles and high-value deals.
6. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about customer success.
7. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
