Clinical Manager | North QLD

Lead the clinical team within an established residential aged care facility in North Queensland, taking responsibility for clinical care, quality, governance and team performance. You’ll have a strong management structure around you, excellent clinical support and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the overall delivery of clinical care, quality and governance across the service.

You’ll take the lead across:

• Clinical governance, quality and compliance
• Leadership and development of the clinical and care teams
• Clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
• Care planning, documentation and resident outcomes
• Accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Staff performance, capability and development
• Supporting the ongoing performance of the service
• Resident, family and stakeholder relationships

About You: We’re keen to speak with experienced Clinical Managers, Care Managers or senior clinical leaders who have:

• Recent clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
• Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop nursing and care teams
• Strong knowledge of quality, compliance and clinical governance
• Experience across clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
