$80,000–$90,000 + Super | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join a growing refrigerated transport operation delivering premium seafood throughout Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable driver looking for stable, permanent Monday-to-Friday employment, with early morning starts and consistent local work.

Start times between 4:00am–6:00am
$80,000–$90,000 + 12% Super

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering fresh seafood products to customers across Sydney while maintaining high standards of safety, product handling and temperature control.
Your duties will include:
- Driving an HR refrigerated truck throughout Sydney
- Delivering fresh seafood and chilled products to customers
- Loading and unloading goods using a forklift
- Maintaining required refrigeration temperatures and cold-chain procedures
- Conducting daily vehicle and refrigeration checks
- Safely securing and handling loads
- Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining signed PODs
- Recording basic temperature and delivery information
- Carrying out manual handling as required
- Keeping the vehicle clean and well maintained
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
About You Current Australian HR Licence
Current Forklift Licence
Previous HR driving experience
Good driving history and strong safety awareness
Experience navigating Sydney roads
Excellent reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and manage a daily run sheet
Good communication and basic paperwork skills
Ability to perform the physical work
Australian working rights
- Experience in refrigerated transport, food distribution, seafood or cold-chain logistics will be highly regarded.
