Location: Wingfield, SA| Day Shift: 6:00am Start| $48 ph
We're currently looking for experienced HC & Side loader Driver to join a professional transport operation based in Wingfield, SA.
If you're an experienced container driver who takes pride in providing reliable service and looking after your truck, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Transporting shipping containers between port terminals, wharves and customer sites
- Completing deliveries safely and within scheduled timeframes
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and completing run sheets
- Maintaining accurate logbooks and following fatigue management requirements
- Using online tracking and transport systems
- Communicating with customers and the transport team regarding deliveries or delays
- Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained
- Reporting any vehicle damage or mechanical issues promptly
What We're Looking For
- Current HC Licence - Essential
- Sideloader experience - Highly desirable
- Current MSIC - Essential
- Previous container transport experience highly regarded
- Good understanding of fatigue management and heavy vehicle requirements
- Confident using technology and online tracking systems
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
